It doesn’t matter what “wave” of feminism you come from or identify with. You actually get to pick and choose from all the movements and bodies of thought. Intersectional feminism is important for the progress of the many feminisms that exist. Autonomy is a great goal for all people. Don’t let the vitriol get you down.

Topanga Lawrence, legendary misandrist of the 1990s.Too bad female characters on tv and in film can’t be this outspoken or brazen anymore. Nowadays female characters are all about professing their love for men, loving dick, they constantly talk about wanting to “preserve” their femininity and that they’re “girly-girls”, so of course to dispel any accusation of being a “man-hater”, a “lesbian” or butch they overcompensate by wearing [hyper]feminine and [hyper]sexualized fashion, and their “confidence” is based on how sexy— and even pornographic— they can be. And of course they’re ~*totes hetero*~. I can’t remember the last time I saw a tomboyish/androgynous female character on tv or in film that wasn’t rehabbed into some über-feminine caricature, eager to please one of the male characters because that’s today’s “feminism”. Thanks for ruining everything liberal, sex-pozzie, Third Wave, “choice-feminists”.
i think we found the opposite of nash greir
paradoxically, I now want to change myself to become this guy’s dream girl
maybe I didn’t understand
"To all the women who silently made history"
The irony is that these are all white cis women who really have very little reason not to be feminists since that movement has always catered to them
Ilya Kisaradov Aka Ezorenier Takes Gorgeous Surreal PhotographyRussian photographer Ilya Kisaradov’s subjects are primarily women, who are out in the open with nature. In her photographs, the image of the birdcage appears a few times, possibly symbolizing imprisonment. The confinement of her subjects juxtaposed against the backdrop of the openness of nature illustrates the dichotomy between humans and nature and how we continuously imprison ourselves by getting further and further away from nature. Though regardless of what message one may take away from Ilya Kisaradov photographs, their stunning quality and surreal imagery are electrifying and compels the viewer to gaze intently. She is both expressive and contemplative.
wow this is fucking historic as fuck i can’t believe im seeing this
